01 WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
We connect people to jobs that actually pay. Skills training, resume help, interview coaching, and employer connections. We stay with you until you land something real.

We run a 12-week program for Black and Brown entrepreneurs who are ready to build something of their own. You'll get hands-on business training, a mentor who has actually done it, and connections to funding. We believe ownership changes everything, not just for you, but for your whole community.

We put devices in people's hands and teach them how to use technology to earn a living. You cannot compete today without being online. We make sure that is not a barrier.

Our founder has lived what many of our participants are going through right now. Motherhood at thirteen. Loss. Incarceration. She built Beyond The Barriers because she knows what it feels like when every door is closed. And she knows what opens them.
